More CID Photos from Dennis Kendricks

OK, Time to look closely at these three pictures from DK. What do these three aircraft have in common? Yes, they were all on the CID Collins ramp but that isn't the answer

Photos from Jennie Koko - International

People pictures are always great. Recognize yourself? One way to get even is to send pictures!

Who are the people in the first two?
What is this airplane and where was the third photo taken?

Photos from Dennis K. you are sure to enjoy

These are some real classics - thanks Dennis. Several of them will help you answer the question about the lighte sign. The twisted steel is the remains of a hanger that was hit by a wind storm while under construction. Do you know where is was?

For all you retired FSE's - we hope you enjoyed the team getting ready to go for a flight test.

Pictures from England by Gene Z,

Here are several pix from Gene Z. and his days in Jolly Old England.

Do you remember Ken France? Where did he get the cowboy hat?

How about Joe Nogel, he was our Order Admin at COE, also a
Pilot in the Polish Air Force in WWII. Christmas party in London 1976.

Then there are Larry and Mickey McKerinan. Taken at the COE Christmas Party 1976. Larry was in AT Sales. Mickey worked at a travel agency in CID prior to their London move.

Do you Remember?

Here’s another mystery for you to solve.

This is obviously a lighted sign.

It came from a picture that was taken when the “Queen” of the Collins fleet was a two engine tail dragger.

1. Where was this sign?
2. Is the place where it once hung still standing?
3. If the answer to question 2 is yes, what hangs there today?
4. What was the “Queen of the fleet” in those days?

Once again, don’t send me the answers but figure it out before you get to Branson.
